Debut ALBUM

SECRET GARDEN

The beginning of Secret Garden's construction took place in Italy, 2017;  and it is AM Dandy's debut Solo album,

"Secret Garden talks about me. It  perfectly defines the shape of my soul. Every track is the description of a moment I lived in this last few of years. Some of them are very old, I composed Pro Logos at 16, but I needed a super ensemble to make it happen. Fortunately I arrived at Berklee, I took the best bass player; best drummer; best piano players in the college and  some very interesting and talented guests. And the magic happened!"

                                                                                                   AM Dandy

Thirteen tracks and three Bonus Tracks, some of them recorded live, others from all around the world, from Italy to Scotland, from Australia to South Korea. But with a magic place in common: Boston.

All the compositions have been written and arranged by AM Dandy.

Here is the track list and the people that recorded or made this work happen in some way

The A.M. Dandy Group

Alessandro "AM Dandy" Meynardi reminisces about his early encounters with "Secret Garden" tunes, playing them before the album even materialized during gigs in Tokyo (2012). Back then, the melodies carried a distinct flavor, resonating at a slower tempo. The magic truly unfolded when he joined forces with an exceptional ensemble, featuring Euan Leslie from Scotland on drums, Jack Schwanke from Camberra on bass, Riccardo Belletti from Italy on piano, and Donghwan Seo from South Korea on synth and keyboard. This powerful amalgamation of talent gave birth to the AM Dandy Group, propelling the album's songs to their full potential.

A testament to the universality of music, the AM Dandy Group represented a real "world" band, composed of musicians from diverse corners of the globe, all converging in Boston as students at Berklee College of Music. Together, they embodied a harmonious symphony of cultures, with Eung "G" Youn adding his rhythm guitar prowess to the mix. As they painted the stage with their dynamic performances, their music spoke the language of unity, transcending borders and inspiring a profound appreciation for the global artistry that thrives within the heart of music.

All the tunes are composed, produced and arranged by AM Dandy, but each musician of the Group contributes to the general flow, adding a small but unbelievably fundamental component of a different background and experience.

A.M. Dandy & The Elements

In December 2019 the AM Dandy Group changed name, becoming AM DANDY & THE ELEMENTS.

Today's line up is the same, but with Jason Park (South Korea) and Riccardo Gresino (Italy)  at Keyboards, Piano and Synth.

AM Dandy & the Elements performed on the Live Album "One Last Time at Berklee. Live @ 939 Red Room", out in early summer 2020 and on the second AM Dandy's Solo Album (late 2020).
